Three Wings Pile Expansion Belling Bucket For Enlarging and Expanding Bored Piles Wall Bottom

Introduction:

1-The bearing capacity of bored piles can be increased significantly by enlarging the base area of a pile. Belling buckets are the right tools for base enlargement in stable ground conditions (mainly cohesive).
2-By using the leverage system and application of vertical crowd force on the push rod, the cutting arms are gradually opened. The drilled material falls into the open shell of the bucket. The cutting arms are closed by upward movement of the kelly bar which transmits the pull onto the push rod.

To improve the bearing capacity of the bottom of the bored piles, widen and expand the bottom of the foundation bored piles, customers can choose to expand the entire pile diameter or the bottom of the pile.

We have three types of piles bottom expansion buckets to choose from, suitable for different pile diameter enlarge purposes and different construction site strata.

The second type: Double-bottom pile expansion drilling bucket
Conventional three-wing pile enlarging drill buckets need to be used with straight drill buckets together, and can only do the pile expanded work after the flat drilling bucket have driven the pile, that's to say, you need to constantly change the drilling bucket while do the pile piling and pile expansion work. The advantage of our this kind double bottom pile enlarging piling bucket is that it can expand the pile diameter whild drilling the piles, it can greatly improve site efficiency. The third type: Double wing pile bottom expansion bucket
